Wagering and contribution
Deposit plus bonus must be wagered 30 times, and free-spin winnings 30 times. Slots, scratch cards, bingo and keno contribute 100%, live casino and table or card games 10%, video poker under 2% and baccarat 0%. Progressive jackpot slots are excluded from bonus play.
Bonus limits
The maximum stake with an active bonus is the sterling equivalent of 10 euros. Unused bonus credits lapse after 30 days. Cancelling a bonus removes the bonus and all winnings made with it.

Withdrawals
Each deposit must be wagered once before withdrawal. Requests are pending for up to 48 hours and are paid to the deposit method. When lifetime withdrawals reach five times lifetime deposits, payouts are split into £5,000 instalments. Accounts with lifetime deposits below £200 may withdraw up to ten times their last deposit.
Verification
We may request identity, address and payment documents and may verify by phone before releasing funds.
Changes
