These terms explain how your account, our offers and your withdrawals work. Where an offer card or the full terms you accept at sign-up say something different, that wording takes priority.
Who Provides the Service
Magic Win is provided by Magicwin LTD, Barge straat 1, which holds a Curaçao master licence. The UK Gambling Commission has not licensed us, and GAMSTOP does not extend to our accounts.
Your Account
Registration requires you to be 18 or over, and balances can be kept in pounds sterling. Before releasing money we may ask for proof of identity, address and payment method, and may telephone you.
Welcome Codes
Each of MAGIC1 to MAGIC5 applies once, to a single deposit of £20 or more.

Wagering and Game Weighting
Deposit and bonus together must be wagered 30x, and free-spin winnings 30x as well. Weighting runs from baccarat at 0% and video poker under 2%, through table or card games and live casino at 10%, to slots, bingo, keno and scratch cards at 100%. Progressive jackpots are closed to bonus play.
Bonus Conduct
While a bonus is active, each stake is limited to the sterling equivalent of 10 euros. Bonus credit expires if it sits unused for 30 days. Cancelling a bonus forfeits it together with all winnings it produced.
Further Promotions
Code VIP is reserved for existing players: 100% from £100, 200% from £200 or 300% from £300, with £1,500 as the ceiling, 30x wagering and three uses at most. Free bets from MAGICSPORT1 and FREEBET25 pay net winnings and never the stake.
Withdrawals
A deposit must be wagered once before it can be withdrawn. Requests stay pending for as long as 48 hours, then go back to the deposit method. If your lifetime withdrawals come to five times your lifetime deposits, the balance is paid in £5,000 instalments. Where lifetime deposits total less than £200, a withdrawal cannot exceed ten times the most recent deposit.
Amendments
We may revise offers and these terms. Each offer is governed by the wording that applied when you claimed it.
